For this purpose, an \"end user\" of broadband service is a residential entity that may use broadband service for its own purposes and that does not resell such service to other entities or incorporate such service into retail Internet-access service. Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are not \"end users\" for this purpose. An entity is a \"facilities-based\" provider of broadband service connections to end user locations if any of the following conditions are met: (1) it owns the portion of the physical facility that terminates at the end user location; (2) it obtains unbundled network elements (UNEs), special access lines, or other leased facilities that terminate at the end user location and provisions/equips them as broadband; or (3) it provisions/equips a broadband wireless channel to the end user location over licensed or unlicensed spectrum. For this purpose, \"broadband service\" is \"available\" at a location if broadband speeds greater than 200 Kbps (in at least one direction) and the ability to provision new requests for broadband services within 10 days of a request.Data was downloaded in FGDB format from https://www.cpuc.ca.gov/industries-and-topics/internet-and-phone/broadband-mapping-program/cpuc-annual-collected-broadband-dataSanGIS then extracted features for San Diego County only and projected the data to California NAD 83 State Plane.For more information visit the CPUC's California Broadband Availability and Feedback website:http://www.broadbandmap.ca.gov/", "summary": "This layer represents the results of California's broadband data collection for facilities-based providers with wireline and/or fixed wireless broadband technologies available to consumers.\n\nSanGIS extracted data for San Diego County.", "title": "Broadband_Consumer_CPUC", "tags": [], "type": "Feature Service", "typeKeywords": [ "ArcGIS", "ArcGIS Server", "Data", "Feature Access", "Feature Service", "providerSDS", "Service" ], "thumbnail": "thumbnail/thumbnail.png", "url": "", "extent": [ [ -117.597650088521, 32.536855093007 ], [ -116.082777243008, 33.5098884899494 ] ], "minScale": 0, "maxScale": 1.7976931348623157E308, "spatialReference": "NAD_1983_StatePlane_California_VI_FIPS_0406_Feet", "accessInformation": "California Public Utilities Commission", "licenseInfo": "" }
