Description: This dataset consists of points for the location all of Residential Elder Care Facilities in San Diego County geocoded from address information obtained from the Community Care Licensing Division of the California Department of Social Services (CCLD).The dataset was downloaded in Excel format from the CCLD download facility (https://www.ccld.dss.ca.gov/carefacilitysearch/DownloadData). Records for San Diego County were extracted and geocoded using the SANDAG Composite Geolocator and projected to NAD83 State Plane. Records that could not be matched using this locator were manually placed.
