Layers: Description: This dataset comprises the SanGIS Grid for their 2014 2ft topogaphic data. The Grid was created using the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Grid for their 7.5-minute Quadrangle (or topographic) map sheets that cover San Diego County as a starting point. USGS Grid cells that intersect the SanGIS 2014 topographical data were selected and a 200 ft overlap applied to each of the grid cells. Grid cells were then merged into larger units to divide the topographic data into 15 file geodatabases of less than 2GB file size each. The Grid was further clipped to only cover the extents of the 2014 2ft topographical data (using USGS_San_Diego_QL2_5k_Tile_Index).The 15 topographic tiles represent the following approximate areas:1. Tijuana2. National City 3. Jamul 4. La Jolla 5. Poway La Mesa 6. El Cajon 7. Carlsbad 8. San Marcos 9. Escondido 10. San Pasqual11. Oceanside North 12. De Luz13. Valley Center14. NW Pendleton 15. Margarita Peak
