Layers: Description: This dataset comprises the SanGIS Grid for their 2015 5ft topogaphic data. The Grid was created using the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Grid for their 7.5-minute Quadrangle (or topographic) map sheets that cover San Diego County as a starting point. USGS Grid cells that intersect the SanGIS 2015 topographical data were selected and a 200 ft overlap applied to each of the grid cells. Grid cells were then merged into larger units to divide the topographic data into 4 file geodatabases of less than 2GB file size each. The Grid was further clipped to only cover the extents of the 2015 DEM data. Note that contour data does not always cover the full grid extents. Gaps along the western portion maybe covered by the 2014 2ft contour data. The 4 topographic tiles represent the following approximate areas:1. Pala-Pauma (Fallbrook, Rainbow, Bonsall, Pala-Pauma, Ramona, North County Metro)2. Julian (Julian, North Mountain, Warner Springs)3. Mountain Empire (Central Mountain, Alpine)4. Jamul-Dulzura (South Ramona, Barona, Lakeside, Alpine, Crest-Dehesa, Jamul-Dulzura, Otay)
