These two North and South boundaries were determined in coordination with participating jurisdictions and compiled from County Community Plan Areas, Municipal Areas and City of San Diego RMDZ layer in SANGIS sde. - these boundaries were generally thought to be determined by industrial areas that could take advantage of recycling facility expansion, though that is a generality and the boundaries were often determined with less precision. Sub-boundaries within the North and South RMDZs are simply the participating jurisdiction, or in the Case of City and County of San Diego, smaller defined areas within each of their jurisdictions. |
