Description: This data set has been established for the purpose of conducting the November 7, 2023, Special Election and to provide voting location information to interested parties for the Fourth Supervisorial District, City of Chula Vista, Fallbrook Public Utility District and Rainbow Municipal Water District. Starting Saturday, October 28, select vote centers (with the value "11" in the "Days" field ) will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. until the final day of voting on November 7, when all vote centers will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. NOTE: Voting locations may change up to the day of the election. You may contact the Registrar of Voters to insure the voting location has not changed or visit www.sdvote.com
