Description: The California Voter’s Choice Act paved the way for counties to move from traditional polling places to vote centers when it was enacted in 2016.The County of San Diego joined several other counties statewide in implementing a vote center model beginning back in 2022.This dataset has been established for the purpose of conducting the June 2, 2026, Gubernatorial Primary Election and to provide In-person voting location information to interested parties. Starting Saturday, May 23, select vote centers will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Starting Saturday, May 30, all vote centers will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Election Day – Tuesday, June 2, all vote centers, official ballot drop boxes, and the Registrar’s office will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.NOTE: Voting locations may change up to the day of the election. You may contact the Registrar of Voters to insure the voting location has not changed or visit www.sdvote.com
