Within this designated boundary are the Districts customer service areas (East Otay Mesa, Spring Valley, Lakeside, Alpine, Pine Valley, Campo (water and sewer) and Julian). The applicant must confirm with the District the property’s eligibility in relationship to the Districts service area boundary according to the San Diego Local Agency Formation Commission requirements.
