Description: A geographic representation of the County Water Authority Districts created from fund numbers which are provided by the County Auditor/Controller's Property Tax Services (PTS) Division.Most of the water agencies, not all, are part of the San Diego County Water Authority (CWA) and its boundary is tracked independently from the water district funds. Any TRA which includes the CWA fund are included in this layer. Also, there are cases where a parcel is being served by a member agency but for whatever reason, CWA does not approve it’s annexation into their boundary.
